Greg David is the director of the business journalism program at the CUNY Graduate School of Journalism and writes a blog and print column for Crain’s New York Business. He spent more than two decades as the editor of Crain’s, covering the city’s business, economic and political issues. He appears frequently on media outlets discussing political and business issues. He is the author of Modern New York: The Life and Economics of a City was published by Palgrave Macmillan in 2012. The Economist called it ``the fast-paced story of the fall and rise of New York." He lives in New York.
